Commercial Kitchen Design and Equipment Consulting for the Restaurants of a Hotel Complex in Bali

We developed a professional kitchen design solution for the restaurant facilities within a hotel complex in Bali. The project took into account the island’s tropical climate, the specifics of local logistics, and the high standards of the hospitality industry.

A detailed audit of business processes was carried out, followed by the creation of a kitchen layout that ensures smooth workflow for both staff and guests. The design focused on workplace ergonomics, safety regulations, and hygiene requirements.

We selected professional kitchen equipment tailored to the restaurant’s concept and adapted to local operating conditions. The project ensured the efficient organization of all key areas — from cold preparation zones to hot lines and service areas. Additionally, we implemented solutions aimed at increasing staff productivity and optimizing kitchen operations.
